TPH® Careers - Manager
As a Manager with The Printing House Limited, you have spirit, knowledge, drive and a level of focus to provide Customers with the solutions they demand.
You will have the responsibility to manage a profit centre with direct control of revenue, service levels, store hours, product quality and the selection and development of your own production team.
You are an innovative problem solver and an excellent communicator to your Customers and your production team to maintain the highest service levels. Your strong work ethic ensures that Customer deadlines are met, and your exceptional leadership skills lend themselves to directing and keeping a smooth workflow among your team.
You seek out sales opportunities and ways to increase profit margin while maintaining a strong, healthy, safe work environment for your team. You are service-oriented, results driven and have demonstrated consultative sales skills.

You must be computer literate and familiar with digital technology, including a working knowledge of graphic design software.
Ideally, you have previous experience in the print industry and a College diploma or University degree.
