TPH® Careers - Sales / Business Development Associates

In the role of a Business Development Associate you will have the responsibility to uniquely market up to six locations within an assigned territory and work with a regional team of General Managers to support their direct selling efforts, increase brand awareness, develop new accounts, conduct product promotions and facilitate special events, tours and Customer presentations.
A proactive team player with solid analytical skills, you demonstrate good team and coaching skills and the ability to get things done through the willing cooperation of others. You have a demonstrated commitment to customer service and a strong work ethic.
You have a track record of hands on success in marketing and sales through an in-depth understanding of the selling process, as well as strong communication skills and presentation techniques.

Ideally, you have previous experience in the print industry and/or in a sales and marketing position. Vehicle transportation and a College diploma or University degree is an asset.
