Every business is different and at TPH® we want you to be able to manage your printing process in the way that suits your organization best. The new corporate features of TPH Direct® allow you to set administrative privileges that will control work flow and accountability
Once you have determined who will be the administrator for your organization; you can control usage and access a number of ways:

Add users: corporate administrators can add their own TPH Direct® users, allowing you control of job titles, phone numbers, etc.. |

Remove/edit users: when a staff member's employment ends, corporate administrators can remove access, or change passwords. |
|
Grant users Document Manager access: the corporate administrator can create different document views, joining as many or as few users as they want to pools of documents. . |

Grant administrator privileges: control who receives administrative privileges |

Grant and remove access: control access privileges to custom catalogues & CardMaker applications. |
In addition to these control panel features, TPH® can change the graphical appearance of TPH Direct® so that it can be branded to your business.
You an also take corporate customization a step further by using TPH Direct® Remote. TPH Direct® Remote is a SOAP web service that corporate web developers can use as a building block to bring TPH Direct® ordering inside your company firewall, designed to look and work any way you want. If you have workflows that are batch generated automatically from a database, using this feature can make placing a print order part of the automation.
